▶ During the loading or unloading of a pre-ordered product, complaints may arise from customers. In such discussions, the order may be declined. If you fail to receive the product due to the primary transporter’s fault, we will not bear any responsibility.

▶ Generally, it takes 7 to 15 working days to receive a pre-ordered product. However, depending on technical developments or specific circumstances, the estimated time may vary — this will be communicated during the discussion.

▶ Due to manufacturing company demand or production pressure, the estimated delivery time (around 15–20 working days) may be extended without the permission of their technical team.

▶ If, for any reason, the ordered product becomes unavailable, a full refund will be provided through your selected payment method.

▶ When the product arrives, we will notify you through our communication channels. However, you may need to prepare for product collection 2–3 days before arrival.

▶ After the product arrives, if you wish to learn installation or operation, you may contact us over the phone for guidance. Once the shipment is delivered, you must verify and collect the product within 8 to 12 hours; otherwise, we will not be responsible for any consequences.

▶ Upon product arrival, payment must be made via cash deposit through our cashier or through online digital payment. Our Brac / City / SCB / DBBL / UCBL / EBL bank account numbers will be provided. For online payments, a payment agreement form must be signed.

▶ EMI, design, payment by credit, or installment payment options are not applicable for pre-orders.

▶ For delayed payments or special payment requests, discussions will determine any additional financial charges as follows:

Fixed charge — 3.5%

Cash charge — 1.5%

Credit card — 5.0%

Debit/Credit card — 1.5% to 3.5% (depending on card type)

Note:
If the warranty period is fixed or limited, the product’s guarantee and technical support will be provided within that time frame. Any repair or replacement will be carried out within an estimated service period. Since the release or replacement of repaired products depends on specific conditions, prior approval for repair estimation is required.

▶ পি-অর্ডার এর মাধ্যমে অর্ডারকৃত যন্ত্রাংশ উঠা-নামার সময় প্রোডাক্ট গ্রাহক কমপ্লেইন হতে পারে সেক্ষেত্রে আলাপনায় অর্ডার অগ্রাহ্য করা হয়, প্রোডাক্ট প্রাইমারি পরিবহনকারীর কারণে আপনি যদি প্রোডাক্ট নিতে ব্যর্থ হন, তাহলে কোন দায়ভার বহন করব না।
▶ আমাদেরকে পি-অর্ডার প্রোডাক্ট আপনার সাধারন সময় ৭ থেকে ১৫ কার্যদিবস, কিন্তু শিক্ষানবিশ উন্নতি কোন আনুমানিকসময় সমাধান করায় ভিন্নতর হতে পারে এ আলাপনায় জানানো হবে।
▶ ম্যানুফ্যাকচার কোম্পানির জন্য অর্ডার প্রেশার তাদের টেকনিক্যাল টিমের অনুমতি ছাড়া আনুমানিক সময় (প্রায় ১৫-২০ কার্যদিবস) বাড়ানো হতে পারে।
▶ অর্ডারকৃত যন্ত্রাংশ কোন করণায় প্রোডাক্ট না পাওয়া গেলে পূর্ণ টাকা ফেরত পেমেন্ট বিকল্প হিসেবে দেওয়া হবে।
▶ প্রোডাক্ট আসার সময় আলাপনায় আমরা আলাপনায় জানানো দিবো। তবে আসার ২-৩ দিন আগে প্রোডাক্ট প্রিপেয়ার করতে হবে।
▶ প্রোডাক্ট আসার পর শিক্ষানবিশ করতে চাহিলে আমাদের সাথে ফোনে শিক্ষানবিশ শিখতে পারবেন / চালান বিতরণ হইলে ভেরিফিকেশন করার মাধ্যমে প্রোডাক্ট নিতে হবে ৮ থেকে ১২ ঘণ্টা সময় সাধারন, সেক্ষেত্রে কোন দায়ভার বহন করব না।
▶ প্রোডাক্ট আসার পর পেমেন্ট প্রক্রিয়া ডিপোজিটের মাধ্যমে কাশিয়ার মাধ্যমে মুল্য পরিশোধ করতে হবে বা অনলাইন ডিজিটাল মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট করতে হবে। আমাদের Brac/City/SCB/DBBL/UCBl/EBL একাউন্ট নাম্বার দেওয়া থাকবে। অনলাইন পেমেন্ট এগ্রিমেন্ট ফর্ম এগ্রিমেন্ট করতে হবে।
▶ EMI, নকশা, পেমেন্ট, ক্রেডিট পেমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে এক প্রকার প্রযোজ্য নয়।
▶ কালান পেমেন্ট যথেষ্ট অনুরোধ পেমেন্ট পেমেন্ট থেকে পেমেন্ট এর আলাপনায় নিয়ে সিদ্ধান্ত করা হবে অতিরিক্ত আর্থিক ব্যয় হবে।

৩- ক্রেডিট কার্ড ৫.০%
৪- ক্রেডিট/ডেবিট কার্ড ১.৫% থেকে ৩.৫% (কার্ড ভেদে ৩% থেকে ৩.৫% এর মধ্যে হতে পারে)

নোটঃ ওয়ারেন্টি পিরিয়ড ফিক্সড থাকলে বা লিমিট থাকলে, প্রোডাক্ট এর গ্যারান্টি সময় ও সাপোর্ট টেক সাপোর্ট সময়সীমা মধ্যে পাওয়া, প্রোডাক্ট এর যেকোন মেরামত কোনা আনুমানিক সময়সীমা মধ্যে করা হবে। মেরামত বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট রিয়েলিজড হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা থাকে, তাই পূর্বের পূর্বক যন্ত্র বা প্রোডাক্ট আনুমানিক করার অনুমোদন করা হচ্ছে।
